Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your order you need to contact Baby’s Own Room within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to ship the products back to us. We do ask that the product is in new and original condition.

Damaged
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of purchase so we can request a replacement item.

Conditions
Refunds are given only for returned bedding that is unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. Items returned in any other condition will not be eligible for a refund.  No returns on items shipped outside the USA.    

Restocking Charges
• You must return the product in new and resalable condition with all original packaging that the product arrived.
• A 30% restocking charge will be applied to all returns.
