BabysOwnRoom.com accepts returns for new and unused merchandise for a refund within 30 days of delivery, less a 15% restocking fee (all Child Craft products incur a 30% restocking fee).
- Item(s) must be in new, unused and in original condition (never washed or used) with original packaging, accessories and all materials intact.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method for your protection. We are not responsible for damaged or lost return packages and credits will not be given for lost or damaged return packages.
We Do Not Accept Returns for the Following:
- International orders are final and not valid for refunds or exchanges.
- Final sale items are final and not valid for refunds or exchanges.
- Opened wall borders, wall decals and wall clocks are not valid for refunds or exchanges.
- Express and or Hawaii/Alaska shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Once your return is received and inspected by Baby’s Own Room, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 7 days. Please allow additional time for your credit card company to post the credit to your account.
All returns need to be received and processed within 30 days of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
All of our manufacturers stand behind their products and warrant them to be free of defects. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within 10 days of the date you receive your order and we will arrange for you to receive a replacement of the defective product.
Order cancellations must be requested within the first 24 hours of purchase and/or before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the order is refused, there will be a 20% refusal fee.
